Move in and Move out Services
General information
Each exhibitor will receive a complete package of move in/move out documents from our decorator, Heritage Exposition Services. Please read through this package carefully.
Your move in time will be sent as a separate document.
Forklift Service
Forklifts and drivers will be provided, free of charge during the scheduled move in/move out times designed in your show packet. Exhibitors wishing to move out on Sunday night must request forklift services in advance through the decorator, Heritage Exposition Services, and pay the fee quoted in the decorator's exhibitor packet.

Booth space will not be held without no less than a 50% deposit. Full payment is due by January 1, 2006. Your exhibitor contract provides information regarding payment due dates, and schedule of refunds.
